Elizabethtown, PA - Engle Business Systems, Inc.
(EBS) has been named a recipient of Toshiba’s prestigious ProMasters
Award for Service Excellence. The Central Pennsylvania copier and
fax dealer is among an elite group of dealerships nationwide to
receive this honor eight consecutive years and the only dealer in
the Harrisburg-Lancaster-Lebanon-York market to ever earn the award.
“Winning the ProMasters Award for a eighth time is indeed an honor,”
said Jay L. Engle, EBS President, “We’re gratified that Toshiba
has again recognized the dedication of Engle technicians to our
number one goal, customer satisfaction.”
George Colborn, Toshiba’s vice president of service, said, “The
ProMasters Service Award is our way of recognizing dealers whose
service departments exhibit exceptionally high standards in service.
“This award also establishes a benchmark for outstanding service
that we would like to see in Toshiba dealerships nationwide. “Now
Toshiba customers will know that they can expect unsurpassed technical
and customer service when they visit their ProMasters dealership.”
All 300 plus Toshiba dealers nationwide are eligible to enter the
ProMasters competition. In order to compete for the award, however,
each dealer must meet rigorous standards for quality performance.
Dealers meeting these standards are then scored by Toshiba in a
series of inspections which cover all service aspects. Numerous
on-site evaluations of customer equipment also are done with grades
being given on equipment condition, performance and customer satisfaction.
Those dealers earning satisfactory scores receive the prestigious
ProMasters designation.
